The mattress was wrapped in plastic. So everytime i moved, you could hear the plastic wrap. So annoying. We told the staff at checkout. He seemed perplexed, but not apologetic. Also, the smoke detector's cover was off and had no batteries in it. The kitchen did not have any pots and pans, no silverware, plates or glasses. What's the point of having a kitchen, if you can't use it?

I was VERY surprised! I normally stay at Westin, Sheraton, Double Tree, etc.; however, because of graduation weekend at the University of Arkansas and the surrounding schools, everything was either booked up or the prices had been doubled. I decided to try Extended Stay because te location was perfect and the price certainly looked good. I had a very comfortable sleep, and, except for a hair dryer, I had everything I needed. Needs deep cleaning The room needed a good cleaning, sticky floors in kitchen and bath. The tables needed a good cleaning. We were happy to have a roof over our heads during the storms last week.

On internet website said there was a continental breakfast and it wasn’t and we don’t have unlimited internet on our phone and tablet and wi-do was down for 3 days. But otherwise everything else was good. Staff and management was very courteous and tried to be helpful.

Pretty good stay. Comfortable bed and clean hotel. Great for the price. The only thing is their "grab and go" breakfast is more like "grab and get the **** out". Instant oatmeal, granola bars, and coffee. Dont expect to fill up. Lol

Staff took good care When I arrived at check-in, I was told there was an issue with the room my friend and I had book and they no longer had a room with two beds. However, the staff was very helpful and accommodating, giving us both separate rooms and comping the second room. Upon check-out, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel conditions were just okay. Nothing absolutely amazing, but also nothing terrible, either. Only being there for a night, it was comfortable.
