Not as nice as expected I agree I got this room at a bargain price. I guess after reading some of the other reviews I was expecting more. There are no ice machines on these premises at all! Also, do not forget your shampoo or other such things! No irons or blow dryers, etc. The carpets in the rooms and hallway all need to be replaced or at least cleaned! I also noticed that around the walls in the bath needed to be cleaned and also the beds needed to be cleaned underneath. Very disappointed!

Dirty and unkept On a family weekend at son's college. Hotel was downright dirty. There was a dirty sock on floor at front door. We did not realize when we booked the room that there was no daily maid service. Definitely a place we will not stay at again.

not for the family not a very good enviroment for kids, long stay business would probably be ok. located close to college and short notice is why we stayed there.

Sleepless in Fayetteville The beds are hard as a rock. The room has the appearence of hasty construction. The room does provide silverware and plates for two, I would reccomend cleaning these before use. The front dest was friendly, however offered little in amenties. Stay in the executive inn for overnight stays. But this would be great for an extended stay.

Horrible experience We were in the area for the NCAA track meet. The hotel staff in the late afternoon/evening were not helpful. We found a roach in our room, we were able to move to another room, however the last night in the other room another roach was found. We had one glass in our room, asked if they had another, the staff was on the phone (talking to a friend) and told us they did not have any more glasses. Would never stay there again and we are not complainers!!!

Definitely No The condition of the room was mediocre at best and questionable as to whether the sheets had actually been changed since the last guest. Though the room had been booked and paid for before arrival, my card was charged a higher and different rate a second time, discovered only upon my return home. When I requested a refund on the double charge, I was told it would be taken care of. Days later, I had to request a second time for a refund.
