Good if you're on a budget. Dirty, hanging things from the ceiling. Bathroom door doesn't stay open by itself. Only room for 1 person in the bathroom. Red stain in bathtub, tile and counter top in kitchen area.

NO TOWELS! WE HAD ONE HAND TOWEL IN OUR ROOM!WHEN WE WENT TO GET MORE TOWELS WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE RUINED BY THE BIKERS CLEANING THEIR MOTORCYCLES THE WEEKEND BEFORE AND THE NEW ONES HADN'T COME IN YET!

Don't Expect Much and You Won't Be Disappointed I have stayed in a lot of motels and other Extended Stay Motels, but this one did not meet the standards. I understand it's an extended stay motel so house keeping is a minimum, but when I took our towels down for clean towels I was given 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, and one wash cloth for two people. Will NEVER go back there. I first got booked to a smoking room, I don't know if that was my fault or Expedia's. There was no one at the front desk when I arrived. Hotel was very dark and room had an ordor. Stains on the carpet and I ensured to keep my socks on while there. No security lock on the door made for light sleeping and I was too grossed out to hardly touch the bed. I thought out attending a game in Fayetteville at some time for the Hogs, but now know that this hotel just won't due.

Worsed hotel experience ever When we opened the door to our hotel room it was already occupied. The person at the front desk said that wasn't possible and had no record of anybody in the room. Finally gave us another room that the trash had not been taken out for a long time... bathroom was filthy and tub drain was clogged. Hallway smelled like something dead and no towels or soap in the rooms. Will never stay in an Extended Stay again.

Extended Stay Hotel in Springdale-get what u pay 4 The hotel is in a convenient location, and it offers a simple, but cute enough room, with a kitchenette. The staff was friendly but they only clean the rooms once a week, so on our 4 night stay, we only had contact with them when the key to our door quit working. They immediately came up and changed out the lock. The problem is that the room filled with smoke every time the person in the room next door lit up a cigarette. Won't Stay There Again Hotel was older, pillows were paper thin, cigarette burns in the bedding, shower and bathtub drained poorly, additional cost ($4.99) for internet access.

Not as nice as expected I agree I got this room at a bargain price. I guess after reading some of the other reviews I was expecting more. There are no ice machines on these premises at all! Also, do not forget your shampoo or other such things! No irons or blow dryers, etc. The carpets in the rooms and hallway all need to be replaced or at least cleaned! I also noticed that around the walls in the bath needed to be cleaned and also the beds needed to be cleaned underneath. Very disappointed!

Dirty and unkept On a family weekend at son's college. Hotel was downright dirty. There was a dirty sock on floor at front door. We did not realize when we booked the room that there was no daily maid service. Definitely a place we will not stay at again.
