Not for a visit to see kids in college bare minimum necessities. lots of carpet stains. Noisy in the morning. If you're working in the area for more than a week and need a small refrigerator and want to be able to microwave something. Showing it's age.

Needs improvements Upon arriving it smells like dogs and cigarette smoke in the hallways. I woke with a little congestion maybe from the smells. We only stayed one night and went to another hotel. The next day my congestion was gone.

Don't leave anything of value in your room Stayed 4 nights here and made the mistake of telling the desk clerk that I was joining some friends for dinner shortly. When my plans changed I lingered in the room awhile longer-which was a complete surprise to the clerk you quietly carded into my room 45 minutes later to discover me in my underwear getting dressed. Dirty hotel near University and restaurants Staff was nice but basically ignored requests for improving the room and our stay....... Small items and supplies missing from room upon arrival........ Stained pillows with no pillow cases and request to rectify ignored.......... Dirty and stained carpet........... Constant smell of smoke in hallways and filtering into the room.

First Time in extended stay. Didn't know what to expect, but didn't care for cigarette burn holes in the blanket, extreme stains on the chair, noisy tags on all the pillows. Room was clean, temperature control was a bit difficult, couldn't get it to regulate right. Shower was good, and having a Fridge and Microwave was nice. Coffee was provided only for one night, so had to get it downstairs each morning after that. Price was reasonable, but don't think I would stay in an extended stay again unless it was an emergency. room was nasty and stinky. carpet filthy with large stains. curtains had holes in them. walls were dirty and worn.. hallways smelled of stale cigarettes. we asked for and received a different room but it smelled worse than the first one. we would never stay in one of their hotels again. had to wash everything when we got home to get the cigarette smell out.
