I was uncomfortable touching anything in the hotel The hallway had a strong smoke smell, but luckily the room I was in did not have that problem. The first floor and the stairwells had terrible pet odors. One of the beds had crumbs in it and I was uncomfortable sleeping on the sheets and under the covers. There were cigarette burn holes in the chairs and dead bugs in the shower. I was happy that I was only there for a night.

do not stay here We arrived at 11:30 pm, so it was too late to find a different hotel, but we checked out the next morning. The carpeting was horribly stained all over -- in the hallway and in the room. One of the pillows on my bed had no pillow case and the other had a hair on it. The bed looked as if it had been slept in. There was no shampoo or kleenex. We had to borrow a hairdryer from the front desk -- had to go get it myself with my wet hair. Not a good value This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The carpets in the hallways and rooms were heavily stained, which gave it a very unclean appearance. The rooms were noisy and the beds were very uncomfortable. I would not recommend staying at this hotel at any price.

Disappointed The hotel was not very clean. We asked for a different room, because it smelled like smoke and it was supposed to be non-smoking. The second room was cleaner. Also when we needed towels there were none available. We also needed toliet paper and the hotel was out of it. Had to wait til next morning when manager arrived with it. Because we had stayed at an extended stay hotel before we expected more. The previous one was excellent. So we were very disappointed.

Great Location but not well maintained The location of the hotel is decent. It is about a 1/2 mile off Sunset in Springdale, and right off 540. Good location if attending Razorback games in Fayetteville or conducting business in NWA. That's the extent of anything positive I can say about this place.. The exterior of the hotel isn't bad. Unfortunately the interior has not been well maintained. The carpet in the halls and in the room was nasty and really needs to be replaced. My room was never cleaned by the staff. Very bad service we were put in a room that wasn't ready yet we wasn't told abt the check in time we had to wait over 4 hours to get a room I was very disappointed and I will never get this room again

TERRIBLE!!!! On the outside and from the lobby the hotel looks ok but when we opened the door to the room my opinion all changed. The room was terrible!! First of all I requested a non-smoking rooom and the room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. There were burn holes all in the bathroom floor and in the cushions of the chair beside the bed. No Place to Stay No sleep, people up all night, in and out of hotel at all hours of the night...right next to the freeway...which added to the noise...the most unrest-full place I have ever stayed...not worth the money...STAY AWAY!!!
