What good is a kitchenette without dishes? It's true you get what you pay for. I needed a place to stay on an emergency trip that could also have space for my son and granddaughter. Since it was going to be an extended stay, I was looking for a place with a kitchenette. Whereever I've stayed before, basic dishes were provided, there was nothing here, making the stove top pointless unless I went out and bought something to cook in. I can't tell you how hard we work to provide an exceptional amount of hospitality, customer service and all all-around pleasant stay for each guest. Seeing that this is not how we came across because of the cleanliness, WiFi and AC issues, along with the amenities, shows us that there are areas that we can improve upon.
