the staff was nice the young lady at the front desk was very sweet but the hotel itself the room the beds were terrible the beds were extremely uncomfortable and the rooms are outdated I do like the wooden floors though no nasty carpet that was a plus

Clean but noisy.Nice and clean .People were nice.Reservation was made 3/3/21 and Woodsprings suites did not have it on record.Had to re reserve.

Not first second or third option in the future. Paper thin walls so it is hard to sleep and you hear everything. Staff was ok they were quick to get me a new room when the toilet was broke. Check out was difficult because the did not open until after we had to leave but someone was yelling from the other side of the closed window

It smelt like cigars every single day I was there. Not a good experience left 2 days before my leave date. Could of been better. Cops visited a couple of times had me worried. Not a very good hotel.

When I first checked in, the room seemed clean.. But as I looked around it wasn't as clean as I thought.. Dirt on the floor, dirt in the tub, fridge not cleaned all the way out. But it wasn't a big deal because I always clean my own room..
