There is a check-in window, rather than a check-in desk or lobby. There was one person checking in several people, and he was as nice as can be, but he could have used some help. The weirdest thing was that he told me and two other people who were checking in that he didn't have enough card keys. He walked each of us to our room and let each one in. Great stay.
Staff is very attentive ! Rome provided a lot of assistance during my stay with my dog here. Love the other dogs as well my dog mad a couple friends. It was very relaxing & I would come back no doubt

If you’re looking for cost efficient and convenience then this is the spot ! Me and my family stayed here right before our move and the staff was really helpful. Very dog friendly. Also Romeo was very helpful as well !
