Professional and great front desk staff.
So no Manager was available to check me in, 2nd floor had an awful smell. Unsure if dogs next door. Dogs were barking and I did see a roach run under fridge. So I was scared to leave bag oppn

There is a check-in window, rather than a check-in desk or lobby. There was one person checking in several people, and he was as nice as can be, but he could have used some help. The weirdest thing was that he told me and two other people who were checking in that he didn't have enough card keys. He walked each of us to our room and let each one in. Great stay.
Staff is very attentive ! Rome provided a lot of assistance during my stay with my dog here. Love the other dogs as well my dog mad a couple friends. It was very relaxing & I would come back no doubt
