Mattress was bad. The floor was dirty. The lights were hard to figure out how to turn on. No lights in bedroom. Sounds like they need a new General Manager to get the hotel under control.

Incredibly Kind Staff Elijah and the male manager were outstanding! Super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We were there as a result of evacuating from Hurricane Milton and they really helped to make the experience as pleasant as possible. It was very conveniently located and the room was spacious with all the accommodations we needed. Unfortunately, there were some bugs on walls and floor. It probably just needs to be sprayed.
