It was a nice experience but I think housekeeping should be a little more significant because cleaning the rooms once every two weeks is not significant I would say once a week would be significant significant

Amei...recomendo!!!!! foi uma boa experiência super recomendo pois o hotel é novo e as pessoas são super educadas e tem geladeira, fogão e micro-ondas nos quartos. O único problema e que a recepção só funciona ate as 22h e o wi-fi e pago uma taxa de 15 dólares porem não consta na descrição do hotel quando vamos alugar. Mais tirando esses dois itens o hotel é muito bom tudo novo ambiente super. agradável. me surpreendi

great value for extended stay This is a basic extended stay hotel. The hotel is nonsmoking, but you can smell the stench from the smokers when you are in your room. Rates are high for short stays of 1day or 1week, but much lower for 1 month. Worst thing is the internet. Very, very slow connection. It disconnects you frequently, and you have to reenter your name and room number to reconnect.

Nice experience. We recommend it. We had a great stay at Value Place. The main reasons in order of importance to us: Great Staff (Sierra, Shila, Tayra and others, all great fun and really helpful. Secondly, the price was great. The more we stayed, the less we paid, within 28 days. Thirdly, the hotel is quite new. Cons: You must have a car, there isn't any breakfast. All in all we were very pleased to stay at Value Place and would return.

Nice and clean but worst MANAGER Worst management, wanted to cancel my reservation because they were getting more money from the walk-in. I was booked for 10 days but on my last night stay the manager came to my room and told me to check out or he would lock me out. I told him to review my reservation and when I met him at the front desk he blamed hotels.com for his mistake. He was very unprofessional and discourteous any encounter I had with him.
