I'm not too sure what I expected but I'm glad I requested a room on the first floor, And for it to be a suite I expected a bit more. This seemed more like an overpriced motel. And came across a few roaches in the room

Why does the office close early if Hotels in Fort Pierce are open all night?

Room had insects, toilet water was rust looking and appliances were neglected....

They canceled my reservation because they claimed I had to check in before 1 am, and I got there at 1:30 am, I had no idea! so I had to go to another hotel at that time and they charged me for the stay without staying! Ridiculous, they didn't have anybody in the front desk, never again with this people!

Did not get the prepaid for accommodations 1 Queen Bed Room. I was put in a ADA 2 Full-size Bed Room. The entire floor area had wax or some other slippery substance just applied to it. TV didn’t work with the remote. No towel rack, shower was broken. This room was unsafe and should have never been sold to the public.

We had to ask to change the room twice the first room smelled so horrible smell like someone left wet trash and baby diapers in there the second room was all right. The bathroom wasn’t clean like it was supposed to be the sink look like it had food still in there.

After booking and having confirmation of my stay at the hotel then waited 30+ minutes at the front desk for the woman to check us in Niysha i believe her name was, told us that they hotel was overbooked and said someone was supposed to call us.... spoiler alert, NO ONE DID! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!
