Super close to the highway. The front office staff are friendly and helpful. Even the maintenance man pitched in at the front desk to help out. Great teamwork!

No attendant on duty in the morning Overall, the hotel was nice and clean and the only complaint that I have is there was no attendant on duty at 6:30 AM. I travel alone and I stay at hotels thinking that I will be safe and this was a dead end and Location and not to have a an attendant on duty at all times is unacceptable. This is the first hotel I stayed at that did not have a hair dryer, so this taught me to travel with a hair dryer at all times.

An odd slice of life aside I-75 I've enjoyed my stays at Woodspring Suites' other properties and thus I felt that when I booked this stay, I'd be getting a similar on-brand experience. Didn't work out quite that way. Check-in was fine, staff was nice (although there were a couple sheriff's officers in the lobby inquiring about an altercation).
