I stayed for 14 days but they do not offer daily maid service. There was a clean bed and clean room but saw a few cockroaches in the room. I took video because could not believe it. It is definitely not the Ritz but I did not expect to see them here. Overall experience was good. The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful.
The staff was friendly and helpful. To be honest we did not realize this was an extended stay hotel when we booked the room and we did not bring soap or a hair dryer. Honestly, if a hotel like this is going to rent out rooms for one or two nights to guests, I would expect these simple conveniences would have been provided. This information may have been on the website at the time we booked and we might have missed it. The location was great for our purposes and had plenty of amenities near by.
Needs More Staff The location was good. Room was fairly clean and once we figured out that you had to turn the knob the opposite way to get out of the bathroom, we were good to go. They are obviously unstaffed though. It took forever to find someone to check us in and out.
Great staff, very basic for a couple nights, easily could be enhanced with ice machine, coffee pot or service, a bedside lamp, bath amenities.... long term guests will need to stock up prior with kitchen stuff to be able to make use of the stove and meal prep. Clean, quiet, ample safe parking, close to many many stores (need a car or lyft) I will return to this well kept property.
Would it kill you to put 1 comfortable, upholstered chair in the rooms? Very uncomfortable to just sit and watch TV in the evenings. Towels are scratchy and cheap. Don't get me started on the toilet paper!! I'll bring my own next time.
Stop OVERBOOKING There was NO stay, it was OVERBOOKED. Now I’d like to know when you’ll release my funds for a room that did not exist and a stay that did not happen.
