Would it kill you to put 1 comfortable, upholstered chair in the rooms? Very uncomfortable to just sit and watch TV in the evenings. Towels are scratchy and cheap. Don't get me started on the toilet paper!! I'll bring my own next time.

Typical of this brand, their properties are consistent in quality and cleanliness, if you like one you will like them all. Location here gives easy access to I-66, 21mile drive to Vienna for the nearest Metro station into DC Gainesville is a growing area with all the usual new shopping, dining etc and traffic!!! WMT just 2miles away in Haymarket.

Comfortable but noisy as next to railway line and busy road. Despite having the stove top and cupboards for a kitchenette there were no utensils and no coffee making machine

budget friendly Staff was not very friendly. A cordial smile is always nice. Although they did let me check in an hour early. Room was clean and serviceable. It needed a couple amenities that would have made the stay more convenient. They don't seem to believe in hand towels. There were none in the room and when I asked for some, the maid only had one to give me. It would have been nice to have a mirror in the bedroom so 2 people could get ready at one time. And a hook for a bathrobe in the bathroom really is a necessity. I ... read more

Pleasing stay Quiet area, short walk to nearby eatery. My room was next to the laundry room but it was quiet, except for the occasional laundry room door slam. I am not a heavy sleeper but I slept well, no other noises. Comfortable bed.
