Don't check-in untill 3:00! Room wasn't ready when I arrived. It was 2:00, check-in wasn't until 3:00, other hotels on my Dead & Company tour I was able to check-in before 3:00.

Okay but could use improvement The room was nice but no hot water at the kitchen sink. They need to monitor and control some of the guests who hang out shirtless in the parking lot, listen to music and drink beer.
