It’s convenient to expressway Basic room. No lamps, only bright overhead lights. No lobby and no one to help after 9 pm. I walked my dog and could not get back in because key did not let me enter. Lucky my husband was there to let me back in or I would have been stuck outside. I won’t stay here again, I don’t feel safe without any staff around to help. That is not how you run a hotel.

As a value-focused hotel that specializes in extended stays, we do not staff the front desk 24 hours a day, this is one way we keep our rates affordable. We do have posted office hours or you can use the lobby phone to reach us during off-office times. We know our accommodations do not meet the needs for every traveler, but we would certainly welcome you back if you’re ever in need of all we have to offer.
The kitchenette was super cute and I liked the faux hardwood floors. So much cleaner than carpet.

Only downside was the wooden floors in winter has the floor wet all over

The room and how clean the whole building is !!! It’s just perfect for a comfortable stay !

Hallways smelled of smoke and grime. Room was decent, liked the remodeled floors. But still smelled like smoke. No complimentary breakfast. Minimal, good in a pinch but you can probably do better unless you can't in which case this is great.

Limited Staff, Sub-Par Service The front desk is not always open and there’s no dropbox for key cards to ensure they truly get back to the staff and you get checked out of your room. They pull a door over the window and are open limited hours in the afternoon. I stayed two nights and didn’t get fresh towels or anything for the second night and there was nothing on the door indicating to NOT clean the room.
