Business Worthy Business trip, got what we paid for.
Extended Stay Hotel... No frills at all. This is a brand new hotel which resulted in a spotlessly clean room. Laminate floors are nice but probably is the result of this being the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. It sounds like the people above stomp with every step. If people are talking in the hallway it sounds like your door is open. And the window is so bad it sounds like it's open, being next to the freeway, well, it's quite loud. Brand new/ clean Clean and updated.. Wooden floors.. Electric range for cooking. Wooden furniture. Comfy bed, large living space. Washer and drier up to date/ electronic. Loved it!
No Carpet=Cleanliness There is limited housekeeping which means if you want clean towels you exchange dirty ones for clean ones at the front desk. We didn't know that you had to check in by 10pm and we were 5mins late lucky for us the front desk person was still there- not sure what we would have done. They don't have staff on site 24 hours just 8am -10pm however the front desk was never open on the two days we stayed in the morning and we left 9am on sat and 10:30am on sunday. Wood Spring Suites GR I asked for wake up call for 5:30, but didn't receive it until 5:50. I didn't realize that the front check in is closed and locked during the night, so when I went to check out, there was no one to check out with or no place to put the key. They should at least have a key box to drop the keys in.
Overall very nice stay Overall very nice stay the room was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. There really is not nothing to say about the stay
