The hotel was very clean and had only been open a few months when we stayed. The biggest complaint was the lights had a motion sensor near the door and even though I was able to turn most lights off, if I got up in the night, main lights would turn on while my toddler was sleeping. Not convenient if you have more that one person in a room. Everything else was great! Didn't have much interaction with staff, just to check in and they were friendly.
Not overly impressed. Hotel was new but built for price not luxury. Rooms didn't have carpet and had no dishes or utensils even though it was an extended stay. Staff was poorly trained and couldn't accommodate a late check out. They messed up the billing as well.
Nice and clean
The room was roach infested. The shower did not work properly. The bathroom door handle was broken. That was a big hole and a wall behind the main door and dead roaches and real roaches crawling all over the place bathroom and in the main room and they didn't have a night attended readily available. You have to call him from a special phone only in the lobby

We also regret any inconvenience regarding staff availability during the night. Your feedback is very impo... read more
I had to pay $40 for a pot and pan with lid and a can opener. I'm on vacation. Do you think i'm going to pack it in my luggage to bring it home? How ridiculous. If you are staying there 2 weeks or more, being able to use the stove to cook your food, because you don't want to eat out EVERY meal, should be able to have a pot and pan as part of the time that you are there, at no cost. If there less than 2 weeks, put a $40 hold on the cooking equipment at check-in and released the hold charge when they check-out.
Business response:
Dear Douglas, Thank you for sharing your perspective on the experience. Your comments highlight an important consideration for guests who wish to prepare meals during more extended stays. The suggestion regarding kitchen items and the possibility of a refundable deposit will certainly be reviewed, as it offers a practical approach to enhancing convenience while maintaining flexibility. Providing an environment that feels both comfortable and accommodating is always the goal, and feedback like yours plays a valuable role in s... read more
Don’t stay here I checked in and the guy at the desk was nice. But you have to buy pots and pans. The toilet wasn’t working and roaches came out of the light socket next to the bed
