All-around Unacceptable They allowed a gender reveal party to be held in the parking lot that went on until nearly 2:30am with music loud enough to be heard throughout the entire hotel. There was blood on the wall and floor of the elevator. Sink in the room leaked. TV did not work. Recommend you about at all costs

Very dark room, lumpy overused mattress, elevator out of order at checkout, room entrance door did not lock securely. The good news is that guy who helped me check in on Saturday evening was friendly thorough and clearly a nice guy

The room stunk like cigarettes

Ladies at the front desk were very nice, but that was the only good thing about this hotel. It’s very dirty and smelled heavily of some sort of chemical, thought not sure what. Did not feel comfortable staying there, nor could I breathe well from the smell.

I booked online . Was not able to get my room until 11pm. i arrived at 1030 pm. The attendant stated she had 30 minutes to come check me in because it was consider after hours. No where on expedia that it stated that after hour check in had to wait. Attendant was rude. parking lot was full of ice . No salt was on the ground.
