Served it's purpose It was comfortable enough. Non smoking room I had smelled like cigarettes. Everyone was nice, room was quiet and cool.

Service better than anything Guest services personnel was pleasant and accommodating. The first room had been barely skimmed over by housekeeping. There was laundry in there dresser, food in the refrigerator and freezer, and a used wash clothe in the shower. Jackie in Guest services came to see it all. She apologized and quickly helped us move to another room that was much more satisfactory. Good nights sleep and a late check out offered SOME consolation.

Close to Barn Dinner Theather, Celebration Station NO Elevator, and our room was on the third floor. I will know from now on to ask for a handicapped accessable room!
Nice but Misleading Breakfast Clean and average hotel for an extended stay suite and for the price. However, the "complimentary breakfast" should be advertised as "continental breakfast" or as the display read "grab and go".
Price is right The hotel is conveniently located close to the highway with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The front desk staff were friendly. The room is a bit dated and worn but otherwise comfortable. I moved the night stand to find an outlet and saw a lot of dust and debris behind it, other than that it was pretty clean. They do not offer toiletries like other hotels, only 2 bars of soap. If I'm passing thru Greensboro again I would stay here.
GREAT VALUE It was certainly not the best hotel I've ever been, but the room was convenient, clean, had all I needed like free wifi, coffee pot, free breakfast and was a great value for the price.

Great homey accommodation This hotel was a great homey environment with a mini kitchen that didn't freeze my food and an ideal place near a conference to attend nearby. The staff was great to correct the issues I had with the original room that was not fully prepared and arranged me to a better room with a complete clean room. Thanks!
Disappointed The hotel looked very nice from the outside. However, I requested a "non-smoking" room and there was definitely a smoke smell in the room. Further, there was an obvious cigarette burn in one of the chairs. In addition, the walls were extremely thin. The noise of televisions and people talking, as late as 4:00 am, were as loud as if in the same room. I would not stay here again.
