Close to the event we were attending The staff was very nice & helpful. The room was nice, just as described. The only thing that we didn't really care for was the bed, it was too hard for us. We would have liked it a little less firm. The room was very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen.

Close to shopping I enjoyed my stay. The only thing that I wish the hotel could change is the rooms being cleaned daily like other hotels Ive stayed at. I had to take my towels to the front desk to get new ones. I found this very inconvenient. My 5 year old son had a nose bleed on the sheets and when I went to the front desk to ask about having the sheets changed they said that we have to bring them the sheets and they would give us new sheets that we would have to change ourselves. Nice clean room great location and helpful staff
Suits its purpose We stayed at the Extended Stay the night before we flew out for our honeymoon. All we were looking for was a bed to sleep in before our early flight the next morning. The room was equipped with all the essentials (soap, towels, etc.), but it had a distinct smoke smell and we selected a non-smoking room. Overall, we got what we paid for...we wanted an economy and affordable room to rest, and that's what we found. The room was cleaned before our stay and the front desk staff was friendly.
just what you expected Last minute reservation provided by an amazing H.com staffer. Despite being in the hotel 10 days, the room was never refreshed. Mentioned this at day 7 and 9. They seemed suprised but unmoved for solution. All in all a good value.
