Great hotel for short or long stay Everything was great.We stayed August 22nd and they were painting the outside of the hotel. That would not have been a problem, except that they began at 7:30am directly outside our window using a cherry picker. Every time the machine moved, which was about every 5 minutes, it made a loud beeping noise that woke us up. We were planning on waking up around 8:30 anyway, so it wasn't awful, but it was an unpleasant way to be woken up. Other than that, our stay was perfect. The facilities worke... read more

It was average. Complimentary breakfast was in the lobby, Just wrapped muffins or fruit or bars. Coffee and tea.

Great half-way mark We stayed here twice, on the way to Maine and on the way back; it was the perfect half-way point. We had our miniature schnauzer with us, and the hotel was very accommodating. The 2 rooms in which we stayed were very comfortable and roomy. We hadn't anticipated a full-size refrigerator or a stove; a very nice surprise. Overall, we were very pleased with the room, amenities, staff, and the comfort. We will use it again next summer when we go back to Maine.

No towels again? Have stayed here before and again there were no face cloths because the laundry was not done. HUGE piles of laundry (waist high) behind the staff in the laundry room and spilling into the area behind the front desk. No extra pillows when we arrived, no pillow cases when they did find pillows and no garbage bags in trash cans. Love the qualities of the hotel with a full kitchen, but clearly there are management issues. Staff did their best to help.

good for staying with dog We only stayed for one night because we had to attend a wedding at wikham park. We needed a hotel that would allow dogs. The best part about the extended stay rooms is that it has a full fridge and kitchen area. It was convenient to be able to refrigerate the soft dogfood! We were happy to see that the room was near a stairwell so we could easily take the dog out. The front desk staff was friendly and they said our room was purposely near the stairs for that reason.
