comfortable stay The room was pretty comfortable but there was something sticky left on the counter and the one time I called the front desk with a question no one was available.

No problems here :-) This was a problem free stay. The room was very clean (including the bathroom). Basic bowls, plates, silverware, frying pan & saucepan were all provided. Water filter on the faucet. Check-in and checkout were very efficient and staff were friendly. The only slight disappointment was the breakfast they provided. It was well below average for hotel chain breakfasts with no seating area. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I was very satisifed with the accomodations however everytime the freezer motor came on you could hear it run. It wasn't too annoying while I was awake but I listened to it all night while I was trying to sleep (I was in room 303). It should be fixed. I am traveling again in mid-December 2012 to Philly and am not sure I will stay at the hotel chain as I want to ensure I get a good night's sleep.

nice stay i arrived early for my stay and the staff was very accomodating in getting me a room early. I appreciated it because it was pouring outside and i didn't know the area to go any where. The room was clean and the location is fantastic.

I loved my stay I arrived at the hotel early and the hotel staff was very accommodating to me. I actually liked the whole set up. just wished they offered free room service. I was only there for 2 days so i was able to go without having to wash my own towels and i bought my own cleaning supplies to clean the room. I've never stayed at a hotel where you would have to pay for room service. It was new to me. But i would still recommend this hotel. it was nice.

Great option for UCONN Visits Little glitch upon check-in in that they didn't see that I was already charged [...] but they credited without any issue next morning. Walls are kind of thin and we had to listen to a long conversation at 5:50 in the morning but again staff said if I had called them they would have asked the other guest to be a bit more quiet. Room was fine. Clean although a bit dated. Great option for parents visiting UCONN. Only about 20 min. from school. Easy ride.

New and Clean The hotel was very clean and appears to be a new facility. It is right off the interstate and is convenient to both Hartford and the Manchester mall area.
