Not welcoming I tried to check in but was told that they didn't have a king size bed room on the 1st floor as requested. I asked if they had the 2 queens, they weren't sure. Then I was told there was a handicap room on the 1st floor but I wasn't able to check in as it wasn't ready. I asked if I could go ahead and pay and then come back. I was told no as they weren't sure what room I would go in? There is also a security guard there, why? Is there that much crime in there hotel? Nice stay! Great staff very polite and helpful. The one bad thing was the pillows were too small.

Sauberkaut lässt zu Wünschen übrig!! Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, somit bekommt man alles mit, ob man will oder nicht! Haben Spuren der Vormieter im Bad und Bett gefunden, daher nichts für heikle Personen.

Review Carpet smelled bad. Cake wrappers behind bed and between mattress. Water leaked in bathtub. Would not cut completely off. No mattress cover and mattress was in piss poor condition.

Prompt Service Call When we checked in we received a room in which there were a issues with the tub in our room. We called down to the office to n make them aware. They immediately sent someone to check out the issue. The issue wasn't able to be fixed at that time so they accommodated us by giving us another room. Second room was much better no complaints. The promptness of the hotel staff and friendliness of trying to resolve the issue means I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.

The service was great, good location, close to shoping and places to eat. They could have a better breakfast besides muffins and granola bars but other than that it was great.
