Not clean heat didn't work The shirts were not clean there were roaches in the room and the heat did not work so that was the problem other than that it was cool

I got this room for a co-worker that is homeless. The staff had some problems getting her checked in bit let her go up to the room with her kids and then had her come down to finish the paper work when they figured everything out. Just wish you had a special for a week at a time for people that was in need

The shower head barely put out any water, suggest different shower heads
