Management not able to handle problems with rooms. Problems checking in, confusion about which room was ours, and which key was ours (we arrived there with another couple who stayed in another room. The next morning, both the bath/shower and toilet drains clogged. We told the management, who promised to get the problem fixed. 12 hours later when we returned, everything was the same -- nothing had been done. Great staff..clean and quiet Great stay! I definitely recommend this hotel for leisure or business
We like the fact that there was a kitchenette available. The room was simple and clean.
All we did was slept there and for that purpose it served us well.
Convenient and clean hotel for accessing IHOPKC Friendly and very helpful management and staff. Peaceful neighbourhood. I walked a lot.l'm nearly 60 and the local retail, diners and IHOPKC venues could be reached in half an hour. Own or hire car would be needed to access downtown Kansas City
Ok for the price Staff was friendly accept when I wanted my money back for a night that was noisy and strangers walking around aimlessly. It's ok if you need to stay long for the price that's all.
Good Hotel, but service lacks Our stay was great. The Hotel would have gotten 5 stars if it wasn't for the terrible smell in the room that didn't go away and the fact that the room & bathroom was dirty when we first got in.
Our stay was nice however we had the person in the room below us call and threaten to call the police if we didn't stop moving furniture....we were only in the room for 10 min at that time
