convenient and quiet location in residential area Building did not have basic amenities like iron and ironing board. Had to purchase dishes to use kitchenette.

Thanks for a good stay Staff was awesome. Computers were out but they got me taken care of. Made a bad situation into a good experience. Room was great and clean.

Average hotel You smell cigarette smoke in the bathrooms and there is almost always someone smoking by the front door as you go into the building. The pillows were flat, the bed hard, the floors needed mopping. There was water leaking in the wall between the bedroom and the bathroom and coming out the bottom of the baseboard into the bathroom. Workers were very nice. Noise level was good.
Not what I expected I was expecting at least a coffee pot in the room. I did not realize that it was an extended stay hotel when I made the reservations. Also advertising stated "your reservation will not be cancelled for late check in" and one of mine was cancelled. Luckily there was one room left.
Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
