Good for a place to lay your head and that's it. Nice staff- very sketchy area. Shady people everywhere.

wonderful stay Excellent stay! Every time I asked a question, the front desk employee was able to answer it right away. Close proximity to all of the activities we had planned. Easy to get to Kauffman Stadium!

Horrible stay, but good management Area and clientele were very sketchy. Our young kids were commenting on how much of a dump it was compared to our other stays. Cars tearing in and out of the parking lot all night. Desk closes at 10pm and no security. Hotel is like a hospital. No lobby, just a cold room with a counter. I had to go back down to the counter to ask for more towels, soap, and shampoo. Wood floors throughout, which were stomped on until 2:30am in the room above us. If you need comfy bed, this is not the place The bed is terribly uncomfortable, felt more like a cot. Very hard to sleep on. The neighbors above me were stomping all night, when I complained to front desk, it still continued. They charged a fee for Wi-Fi and housekeeping was non-existent. On a positive note, the front desk staff was very friendly. I also enjoyed listening to the cheers from Kauffman stadium when Royals played, that was awesome!

Probably wouldn't stay again. The room itself wasn't bad. Some of the people there were pretty sketchy and the second floor smelled like weed really bad.
