Panhandling in the parking lot Rooms are very utilitarian. No coffee makers, pots/pans, dishes or utensils for kitchenette. Have to be purchased. Great guest laundry facilities, but run more like an apartment complex. The office was closed despite our pre-planned Saturday 11AM checkout, and a female guest asked my husband to pay for her room while he waited for me in the parking lot.
Very clean; staff needs customer service training I'm torn about my experience at this extended stay. The hotel was just fine - very very clean, no frills, a good price, and everything looked very new. But I had three interactions with the staff over our one-night stay and each one was not very customer-focused. I was actually pretty taken aback by the very first interaction, in which I was moments away from a medical emergency right in front of them and the staff could not have been less helpful or responsive. Excellent view of Kaufman Stadium. Great place to stay.Nice hotel. Righ across form Kaufman stadium. Easy to get in and out of.
Convenient location relative to my area meetings New hotel, clean everywhere, harder to get to, concern over security
Was great but the beds could of been better reminded me of a roll away bed
