Okay for Stadium activities but not for business It isn't a hotel for a business person to stay. No amenities: coffee maker, hair dryer, ice bucket, cups, soap, Kleenex. No room service. The bed was never done, the F/D usually closed. Room was clean.

It was good for one night. Location was really convenient for the Royals game I attended across the street. The room Didn't even have any shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom like most hotels do, so that was disappointing when I wanted to take a shower.

Good value for the price, close to Kaufman Stadium Good room for the price; could hear the occupants above us but not too bad. I thought we would be within walking distance to the Stadium so we wouldn't have to deal with parking, but since it is on the other side of the interstate, it was not convenient to walk.

Nice stay for the Royals game We were a bit nervous to stay after reading reviews that despite the fact that the site said the hotel was walking distance from the stadiums, people were saying it was a dangerous area and you had to "walk along the highway". We were pleasantly surprised as the walk was pretty easy. You did have to walk next to a busier road for some of the trek, but there is a path of sorts and it was lit the entire way. Fair Although we didn't get the handicapped rooms that we asked for , the desk clerk was friendly and very helpful, but however, the floors were very dirty! After only being in the room a few minutes, our feet and socks were black! It was very obvious that they hadn't been mopped in awhile.

VERY CLEAN but Location & Access NOT Good ! The Motel is NEW and VERY Clean but more like an apartment type than a hotel, which is fine for some ! Rooms are cleaned once per week and you are given 2 towels, 2 wash rags and one bar of soap for that week, no shampoo ! The place has a Fridge, microwave and an oven in case u went food shopping however and the AC works Great ! The site advertises FREE WiFi, but when u arrive, u must pay a small fee for WiFi !
