Clean and Simple Very clean simple studios. No extras, but how often do you use them in a hotel. My studio was a little smokey-smelling, but the front desk assistance was great when I extended my stay!

Close to Kauffman and Arrowhead Stadiums Decent hotel. Some sketchy guests. Lots to do close by. Would be nice if they provided any toiletries at all. Only had 2 plastic cups and a roll of toilet paper in the room. Kitchenette but no oven. Priced great.
Typical cheap hotel. Says it's walking distance to ballpark, but you have to walk on busy roads with no sidewalks to get there. Had to cab it back at night.

Adequate accommodation for extended stays. Whilst the room was adequate, comfortable beds our room faced the highway and the noise from the constant traffic made it very difficult to sleep. Although your room has a kitchenette there are no cooking utensils so really it is pointless unless you have the requied utensils with you, as it is an extended stay hotel there is no housekeeping, change of towels or linen unless you pay extra. Clean but spartan. When I arrived the room was spotless. Unfortunately, the room also had an overpowering scented cleaning odor that never completely disappeared. More importantly, realize that most of what you come to expect from a hotel is an "add-on" at this place. No room service every day. No clean towels (exchanged every 2 weeks). No coffee pot, no coffee, no breakfast of any sort. There is a kitchen but zero utensils or plates. Fast Wi-fi is an extra charge. I Would Visit Again My stay was great. The staff was very kind. I checked in very late and out very early but they helped me. I would stay here again, but next time I'd get a rental car. The refrigerator came was convenient, other guests were very nice. The separate sitting area was great for me to complete my work.

Not my cup of tea... Customer base was very loud at night, no housekeeping, what's a nice way to say ghetto hotel? I literally watched a lady jump on the hood of a moving car and get ran over in the parking lot.
