Probably not what you’re expecting. This is an extended stay hotel. It’s very clean; most features appear to be new, and in excellent condition; on-site staff is great. And unlike a few extended-stay places I’ve spent a night or two at—this one is quiet at night; clean and well-ordered, even in shared spaces. So kudos again to the on-site guys—they were very friendly and helpful, to a degree that some of the priciest places I’ve stayed for conferences/etc. would struggle to live up to. Neutral - Not for me, but not horrible We weren’t very impressed with this hotel. There are a lot of people who live here full time. It was my own fault for not researching the amenities on the front end. If you plan on bringing dishes, eating utensils, coffee maker, toiletries, etc, it won’t be an inconvenience. It was just very different from any other extended stay hotel I’ve stayed.

Good location, smells like smoke Clean, basic room. Comfortable bed. But everything smelled like smoke, and I left with all of my belongings smelling like smoke. Good location, close to Arrowhead Stadium, but the neighborhood was such that it was not safe to walk from the stadium.

Room was clean, apart from hair on the bedspread... small bed, was very disappointed to find no coffee or tea making capabilities. Very basic room, not really what I was expecting. The front desk staff were very nice though.

Nice Hotel Nice hotel right across the street from the KC stadium(s). There are a few places to eat close by (fast food). This location is about fifteen minutes from downtown KC which equates to a quick Uber or Lyft ride. The front desk clerk, Justin, was AWESOME! I spoke to him the day before we checked in to confirm our reservation and he was extremely friendly and helpful. Ok Our AC wasn't working very good but wasn't that big of a deal. Everything was clean. Very basic hotel not luxury at all. Couldn't get a bed any bigger then double so was disappointed about that.
