Nice hotel in a good location. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly.
I LEFT MY WALLET ON THE DESK AND CALL BACK...AND WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO WALLET, A FEW MINUTE LATER I WAS CALLED, AND TOLD THEY FOUND MY WALLET . WITH MY $1000 MISSING OUT OF IT..POLICE WAS CALLED. I'M NOT VERY HAPPY...

wonderful stay Excellent stay! Every time I asked a question, the front desk employee was able to answer it right away. Close proximity to all of the activities we had planned. Easy to get to Kauffman Stadium!
Horrible stay, but good management Area and clientele were very sketchy. Our young kids were commenting on how much of a dump it was compared to our other stays. Cars tearing in and out of the parking lot all night. Desk closes at 10pm and no security. Hotel is like a hospital. No lobby, just a cold room with a counter. I had to go back down to the counter to ask for more towels, soap, and shampoo. Wood floors throughout, which were stomped on until 2:30am in the room above us.
