as we arrived, the recpcionista greeted us with a very bad attitude, did not want to give us our 3 rooms, arrogant, rude, even suggested us to go to another hotel. We travel a lot and no one had treated us so badly, we not canceled the 3 rooms because we were against the clock. she opaque entire image quality hotel and if not so would give 4 star.
The room was very clean, but no pots & pans to cook, no shampoo. Did not like the area.
More cons then Pros Only pro about this hotel was the price. But you get what you pay for. This hotel was really a motel. Issues: First, No staff/room service. When I arrived the room was dirty, I asked for someone to come clean up. Guy said maids is only in the mornings, he had to switch the rooms. Staff leave like at 7pm. There is really no room service (like changing the towels), I had to throw away trash in back dumpster. They only clean the room once you checkout. . Second, the walls are paper thin. It was okay Could of been a lot better
Stay was great.very clean.hotel staff is great n nice.only bad parts were no carpet so u heard all footsteps n 2nd to many drug users n whoring alot...to many weirdos. But overall stay for room size,kitchen, cleanness stars
Love it, except the noise people can make walking around above u.
