Friendly staff, heavy loitering. The staff was friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. The loitering outside literally all day and night made me feel uneasy however.

My Overall experience The employees at the front desk were very polite, friendly and helpful. They are what I consider that which made my stay overall good. My room did not have any towels or toilet paper except a little on the roll. These rooms were not suppose to be smoking and my room reeked of it. They offered a suite on the 2nd floor but I didn't want that as I'm a woman alone and I didn't want stairs or an elevator, so I kept and the next day I asked them if something on the 1st floor became available I'd take it. A decent place to stay We booked this hotel since it was close to our families and we needed a place to sleep. I called early letting them know i would be checking in late & was never told anything. We got there around midnight & found no front desk person so i had to pick up a phone n call n wait for him to come. He handed me keys which didnt work when i got upstairs so i had to go down n call him again. Angel was very good and quick so no complaints with him.
