FRONT DESK DIDN'T WANT TO EVEN HELP WITH AN IRON, JUST TOLD US THEY DIDN'T KNOW...... THE CLEANING GIRLS FOUND ONE FOR US!!!!! THEY MADE OUR DAY.... SHOULD HAVE AN IRON IN EVERY ROOM.... ALSO WE ASKED FOR A LITTLE MORE TIME TO CHECKOUT, SINCE WE CHECKED IN AT 630 AM, THEY SAID NO-- WE HAD TO PAY ADDITIONAL FOR AN EXTRA HR......
Todo esta bien les falta cafeterías,lo mal es cuando pones el GPS nos manda a otra dirección. Y pierdes mucho tiempo
The bed was very uncomfortable & smelled like cigarette smoke inside the hotel although signs said no smoking. Everything else was good
Good stay I arrived after hours because of transportation delays, but was quickly registered and in my room resting. Good internet service. Tv and cable worked well. Bed was comfortable and the whole suit was clean. I will go back in the future especially if I need a longer stay.
