Hotel in Laredo Tx The kitchenette stove wasn’t clean, the bath tub wasn’t clean. I saw small roaches running at the bathroom in the middle of the night when I turned the light on. The bed mattress is very uncomfortable because is a cheap one.

very satisfied with the service and the room itself
Okay for the price, I guess It is kinda hard to get in and out of the street due to road work, so that gets annoying. I was on the second floor - which is non-smoking - but the super heavy smell of cigarette smoke comes into the room because the 3rd floor is a smoking floor. That is the reason the staff gave me. No one ever bothered me with housekeeping, which is good if you are not high-maintenance for towels, etc. This is not the best place, but it is not the worst either. Great hotel! We picked this hotel because having a kitchen and laundry facilities for a family on vac for 14 days is a must. Excellent value, awesome staff was SO helpful. Comfortable and clean. Would stay again.
Relación Calidad - Precio En realidad solo estuvimos una noche, en una habitación bastante cómoda por el precio. Lo único que puedo yo recomendar, o mas bien, hablar de mejora es: En los baños, una toalla extra y un poco mas de amenidades de limpieza personal (shampoo, un jabón extra) Un poco mas de cuidado con la limpieza, ya que desafortunadamente nos topamos con un par de cucarachas pequeñas en el cuarto =(, salvo esto, todo lo demás excelente, la atención, el tamaño de la habitación, etc. Gracias!

Lejos del centro El hotel esta retirado a unos 14 minutos del centro. es un hotel que parece nuevo por fuera. Los de recepción te atienden muy bien son amables. Mi única queja es que no están ahí en el hotel las 24 hrs. Entonces si tienes un problema como en mi caso que la regadera no funcionaba correctamente pues llamas a un número y de ahí te dicen la solución ( que a mi no me pudieron ayudar) La recamara muy bien. Solo ese problema Estas frente a un Walmart y Target Pero si ocupas carro para llegar ahí.
