Spring Life Overall service was mediocre. Staff constantly needed to be addressed about supply shortage. Manager was rude and unwilling to express hospitality. Hotel agreed to initially clean the room every '2 weeks' from time of move in but didn't abide by policy and later claimed '3 weeks.' Cots were uncomfortable and make lots of sound. On a positive note, eco-friendly toiletries were utile.

metodo de recepcion / check in fatal el sistema que tienen de recepcion es pesimo!! llegas y recepcion esta cerrado, tienes que llamar para que en 20 min una persona atienda a quien llegó. Nunca ves personal en el hotel por lo que si necesitas algo pues nunca lo obtienes. El hotel muy limpio y comodo, solo el servicio de recepcion es fatal

Cant get sleep Everything was good except for the noisy kids yelling, screaming, & running all up & down the hallway while I was trying to get some sleep.

Good for Weekly Stay, expensive for 1 Night Stay It was a great place, quiet area, people are nice. Only thing, the fourth floor is supposed to be non-smoking, and it smelled like a pretty strong chemical that was trying to hide the smoking smell. Should have better ventilation.

I cannot recommend Tiny bed. I booked a double bed room. Very uncomfortable. Next to funeral home so with the highway in construction and a funeral service underway
