Is not for me Bed is no comfortable attention on housekeeping very bad

Mmmm At first it was enjoyable but as time passed by I felt the staff become a little rude when calling and asking for things or if I extended the night when they called and asked. I felt a little uncomfortable. Not all staff were this was though which kind of makes it bad for them because they were nice a side of the others.

cumplió con lo mínimo Aunque solo estuvimos una noche, la limpieza no era la mejor, además reserve una habitación para NO fumadores y la única que me pudieron ofrecer era en la sección de fumadores, la alfombra, almohadas y en general se percibió el olor a tabaco, no tuve otra opción de hospedarme pues hice el check in ya tarde y salía al siguiente día a primera hora.

Caro con falta de higiene Al llegar no habia nadie para recibirnos. Tenias que llamar por telefono y esperar a que mandaran a alguién de recepción. Terminó acudiendo una señora que parecia se acababa de levantar. La habitación amplia con camadas comodas y el baño limpio pero no se podía regular la temperatura del aire acondicionado. Solo frio y calor. Cuando quisimos poner la calefacción nos salio un cucaracho!!! Fue una situación bastante incomoda. Los elevadores huelen mucho a cigarro. El wifi ni hablar.
