I always LOVE staying at Extended Stay America. The only issue I have is the bed is too hard. Is there anyway you can provide a pillow top for customers that like a softer mattress?
The ac was way too loud and didn't cool down the room.

Location was perfect. But they need better pillows. When i asked front desk for 2 extra pillows they didnt have any. The ones in rooms are worn put.
