The bed was comfortable. Didn’t like that there were no outlets by the bed to charge my phone. And the AC didn’t seem to work well. And the fridge was turned down so the beverages that I put in the night before were room temperature the next morning.

Way better then our first choice. Clean and more comfortable. Was double charged, but it quickly fixed once it was brought to light

The room itself along with the check in clerk was great. However, their key panplet says that if you need toiletries, just ask and they are complementary. I needed a toothbrush. The clerks boss told me to go buy from the dollar store. It would have been better if it was not advertized at all.

Strong smoke smell in the non-smoking room. Brown spots on the towels. Front desk staff never at the front desk.
