the first time I stayed there was an used wash cloth in the bathroom the second time I stayed there was a bug in the bathtub

Nice hotel with kitchen Stayed a few days on Labor Day weekend. Very quiet. Hallways pretty cold (AC) but on a hot day, didn't bother but since a few days were mid-upper 70s, it was cold. Room AC was challenging to get it to work properly but you have to play around with the buttons. In the morning from 7:30-9:30am they have free coffee / tea / hot chocolate downstairs with instant oatmeal or grits, muffins and granola bars (for on the go people that don't have time to cook breakfast in your room).

My overall experience was wonderful The desk clerk made me feel welcomed and explained everything since it was my first time there. The only minor things we're I had a cut in the headboard and a hole in the wall in the shower. Other than that everything else was great.

Nice places to stay. close to shopping area Studio room was very quiet and clean. Staff was very helpful

Kia checked us in and really made us feel at home. We are traveling musicians with no AC in the vehicle, it was late, we were grumpy, but Kia made us really happy! Glad we stopped in and were able to regroup. Thanks to April for a friendly farewell before we hit the road again! Thanks!

The only major complaint is the stale smoke smell, even when a nonsmoking room is requested. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly.

Great business trip location 1 day business trip, meeting location was close by.
No frills comfort I stay here because its the cheapest decent hotel in lex prk.Its got good beds and a kitchen so you can save by cooking your meals. Bring your own utinsiles or rent them.. Basic no frills place that was semi upgraded last year with paint and some fixturxes upgrades. Under new.mangaement that does try to make uou happy. Simple Continental breakfast will get you going. It aint a marriott but you can.be comfortable at a reasonable price. Thumbs up for what it is.
