We arrived at 9 pm there was no staff at the front desk everything was all closed up. There was phone in the hall way to call to reach an on-call staff that we had to wait to come open the office and check us in. She was very pleasant and helpful. But never heard of a hotel closing it's office with no staff before 9 pm. Hotel was shabby my room tolerable but not very clean. It had a kitchenette but no plates, cups, utensils to use. There was dirt on the floor room could have cleaner.

About the Front Desk and kitchen utensils, we have limited hours and do not stock rooms to help keep our rates affordable. Many guests appreciate being able to bring their own cookware and dishes but others purchase locally or we have sets available for purchase at the Front Desk.
