I am enjoying my vcd stay butvi need my $50 check/refund Hotels.com said they were going to give me for the inconvenience of my room not being available 1st night i was going to check in. AND. I need to redeem my rewards for free nights

Property is located in a safe area and close to 430 highway, easy access. Room is clean and microwave and fridge are very useful
