Dog crap on floors outside elevator on level 3 and all down the hall to our room and past. Just plan dirty floors thru out complex

I don’t like the universal remote they have in the rooms. The TV is a LG, but the remote is a RCA remote. It’s like you have to sit or stand in a certain spot, which takes forever to find, just to cut the volume up or down. It’s very frustrating.
