It looks like your stay didn't go as planned. We are consistently looking for new ways to improve and hope you will give us another chance in the future.
The room was clean and comfortable. There was no one at the desk at checkin. Had to call a number and they said it would be 10 minutes. Next morning I left something in the room so needed to get back in. Again no one at front desk and no one answers the number to call.
