Good place to stay. We stayed for only one night. This place has good set up for long term guests. We found it on Expedia the day before, and it was a good value. No problems at all. I was surprised to find a $25 pet charge, after it was listed as pet friendly. On looking closely at the listing, it did say that there was a charge, but it was rather obscure. To me, this is more of a listing issue, and not a problem with the hotel.

Decent hotel, convenient location Used this hotel for one night in Madison. The room was clean, though there was a hit of smoke in the air. I did not complain as the smell was very slight. The location is great, it is right next to the beltway and a few minutes from downtown. The staff was less-than-stellar. The woman at check-in did not find my 2nd reservation, and it took 2 trips to the front desk to have her check her computer closely enough to find the second name. Great! especially for the rate compared to others Great location right by the freeway; close to restaurants. Not meant for the scenery-seeker. Very nice reception people. Only minor issues: very uncomfortable pillows (bring your own if you can). Called 'front desk' to inquire about forgotten toothbrush/paste, but seemed to get an off-site office. I said I'd go downstairs to reception, but she said to wait & they'd be sent to the room. I waited for an hour, went downstairs to front desk, & there are extra toiletries always at... read more

Great place to crash for a night The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. We just needed a place to stay overnight and it was more than perfect. Will definitely stay again.

Really nice place when you have to be away from home. This was a very nice place to stay while I was in town for EMS training. The staff were very friendly both on check in and check out. The room was well done and clean. I was able to relax and felt safe the whole time. Thank you.
