good but non smoking rooms smell like stale smoke Staff is great, fixed a problem right away. Only downfall is that rooms still smell like stale smoke 16 months after the smoking ban in Madison. If that bothers you, look for another place to stay.

Extended Stay in Madison, WI I thought the hotel was excellent. My only negative comment involves the location and signage. We did not arrive at the hotel until well after dark and there was no signage directing us to the hotel. The hotel is actually located on Junction Court not Road. That was the first source of confusion. Then, there was no signage on the corner of Junction Road and Junction Court indicating that the hotel was down at the end of Junction Court (not easily visible from the intersection). Nice hotel for the price. Nice hotel in a good area close to restaurants and a short walk to the Madison Metro Busline.

Helpful stop over for business The hotel room was similar to a efficiency apartment perfect for one or two, full kitchen, couch and comfortable chair with a table for a desk. It was handy for saving money on food and a comfortable place to crash. Only problem was with the internet. I would go there again.

Very nice for the price Very nice staff and clean room. Would recommend it for a location to stay when in town for a football game. Nice kitchen in the room.

Weekly work stay All rooms in downtown Madison were booked. Hotels.com got me a room when I was desperate and for that I am happy. However the hotel was a $30.00 cab ride from the Capitol each way, each day. The hotel was great, clean and the people were very friendly. I recommend the hotel for those not wanting to work downtown.

Two rooms, two different opinions On Saturday, February 26th, 2011 four of us stayed in two rooms at the Extended Stay Deluxe. Overall, the accommodations were adequate; however, after the four of us talked about our individual rooms, we noticed some discrepancies between the rooms. The bad news: The pillows leave a little to be desired. They were flat as pancakes. Fortunately, after calling the front desk, I was able to get two extra pillows, which weren't perfect but helped. Extended Stay Deluxe Madison Wisconsin The hotel is conviently located. The staff is very friendly! the rates are very good and the rooms are spacious and clean! There is shopping and resturants near and there is easy access to the highway,
