Very good value, staff was very accomodating. Would recommend! Very nice staff, hotel is good value, slightly outdated. Spacious studio room. A few problems with my room-upon entering- strange smell (fried food?) and overhead light in kitchen area didn't work. I addressed these problems myself with an air freshener spray and moved a lamp. Room was spacious, comfortable and very well kept by housekeeping. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies for one person spending two days. No noise from interstate, which my room faced. Warm, friendly and clean This is my new favorite brand. I wish they had free wifi but eh, I still wouldn't stay anywhere else. You get a room with a stove, a real fridge and a microwave and even though I rarely use them, its nice to stay somewhere that doesn't feel like a hotel.

After reading some of the reviews here, I was a bit apprehensive about my reservation and nearly changed it, but when I arrived I was very pleasantly surprised by the comfort and size of the room. It was clean, the halls were not cluttered, and it was quiet despite being along the highway and being full. In fact, the only complaint I have was the sofa, not very modern and a bit old looking, however it was comfortable, and most importantly, so was the bed. LOVE THIS PLACE I have been able to stay here numerous times when booking through the Top Secret Hotels area and absolutely love it. Always hope this comes up after I book.

good but non smoking rooms smell like stale smoke Staff is great, fixed a problem right away. Only downfall is that rooms still smell like stale smoke 16 months after the smoking ban in Madison. If that bothers you, look for another place to stay.

Extended Stay in Madison, WI I thought the hotel was excellent. My only negative comment involves the location and signage. We did not arrive at the hotel until well after dark and there was no signage directing us to the hotel. The hotel is actually located on Junction Court not Road. That was the first source of confusion. Then, there was no signage on the corner of Junction Road and Junction Court indicating that the hotel was down at the end of Junction Court (not easily visible from the intersection). Nice hotel for the price. Nice hotel in a good area close to restaurants and a short walk to the Madison Metro Busline.
