User Friendly -No No ice machines you have 2 ice trays you have to fill and freeze first but I was told there was a gas station across the street for ice . Kitchenette with no plates, cups or silverware. But you can buy them. You get 2 pillows, 2 towels , 2 wash cloths. I needed a copy made of a letter but they don’t do that. Everything was good except for a few barking dogs. The last night people above us pretty noisy Very happy with the room. Also thought that dishes and pans would be provided. Especially blow dryer. Mostly quiet and very convenient area. Thanks so much we enjoyed our stay.
Crappy check-in & check-out The check-in process was done very poorly, that they do not accept prepaid and some discussion they finally realize that it was prepaid after I had to give them credit card for $50 security and damage deposit, when I check out no deposit was returned along with no paper work.

The rooms were bland, Nothing to make me come back for $100.00 a night. The lobby service was terrible (explained earlier on check-in).

We liked the space & cleanliness! Extra pillows would be nice for propping in bed to watch tv, overall, great place to stay.
