Everything was good except for a few barking dogs. The last night people above us pretty noisy Very happy with the room. Also thought that dishes and pans would be provided. Especially blow dryer. Mostly quiet and very convenient area. Thanks so much we enjoyed our stay.
Crappy check-in & check-out The check-in process was done very poorly, that they do not accept prepaid and some discussion they finally realize that it was prepaid after I had to give them credit card for $50 security and damage deposit, when I check out no deposit was returned along with no paper work.

The rooms were bland, Nothing to make me come back for $100.00 a night. The lobby service was terrible (explained earlier on check-in).

We liked the space & cleanliness! Extra pillows would be nice for propping in bed to watch tv, overall, great place to stay.

The room wasn’t cleaned daily . It would have been nice to know that they do not clean daily

We do include twice a month room cleaning in the rate but more frequent service can be requested. Many guests prefer the privacy that comes with limited Housekeeping. I'm so sorry that part of your stay was disappointing but hope that you will give us another chance to host you in the future.
