It was very clean inside and out they should provide kitchen utensils for cooking and coffee pots.

Check out went all wrong. Not sure what they did to the bill. I know we were charged more than the reservation stated. Per person that checked us out "it is better if you book thru us not expedia. Will not stay here again.

Located near many restaurants and shopping! Wish they had some sort of breakfast! Needs more luggage carts for guest to bring in belonging, they only have one and it is a long stay Hotel!

Check in process was pretty quick and the staff was friendly. However, our bed sheets were dirty. At the time they didn’t have housekeeping available to get us new sheets so we were moved to a different room. Luckily it was right next door. The phone in the first room did not work so I had to go back to the lobby to express my concerns. After we switched rooms I was told I needed to turn in the keys to the first room.
