There was no pool and no type of breakfast. The front desk employees were very nice and efficient. The rooms were also nice size and well equipped except for only having 2 washcloths and 2 bath towels when 3 people were in the room. Doesn't make sense why there is no pool in Florida.

The location was great! Price was great. It was extremely clean. Pretty spacious. The young lady that checked me in was lovely. We only stayed one night I was so not ready to leave. However the queen size bed isn’t the most comfortable and the pillows are pretty flat. When I arrived they told me I needed to place a $50 deposit which is fine but i would have preferred to know that ahead of time. Even though my room had a small kitchenet there was no pots or pans nor plates basically nothing for the kitchen. The only thing that was supplied was a cutting board.

I'm so sorry to hear that you were not aware of our ‘Simple’ philosophy --- that guests pay only for the amenities they want to use (like daily cleaning, linen changes, cookware, etc.) Many guests prefer the privacy that comes with limited Housekeeping and want to furnish their own kitchen utensils, cookware, or toiletries. Really nice place for your buck, the staff are awesome. My overall stay was great it was my third time staying there and I can never get tries of it.
