Good value and location For the price, it was a good value. The location and access was great. Due to long term tenants here, there was more noise allowed than should have been. (Loud music).

Property was relatively new, and located close to interstate. For the most part, it was very clean, with the exception of the laminate floors. While they had been swept, they apparently were not wet cleaned. Our socks/feet were black in a matter of moments by just walking on. Floors also felt sticky. Also, if you are staying more than one night, housekeeping does not come to your room daily. You are responsible for taking your towels and linens down and exchanging for clean.

We had a problem with extremely noisy neighbors. The staff was for the most part unhelpful and rude. There was one that was nice and her name began with a C. She checked us in and was concerned with us through our stay. But the other staff was rude.

Pleasant but Very Minimal Service/Support We've never stayed at this type of place in the past and were surprised to learn that no housekeeping services would be provided during our week-long stay and that we's have to bring dirty towels to the front desk and pay a fee to exchange them. Also, there's only one bath towel and one washcloth per person and one bar of soap and one tiny tube of conditioning shampoo in the room. It was weird.
